you are using the correct tags
every page has navigation capabilities
the links on your page work
the navigation controls are easy to find and use
that every document can be reached
if all the multimedia (pictures, sound, etc.....) is working
is the multimedia appealing or distracting
the meta tags and descriptions for the search engines are inserted
it is easy to read
every picture has an ALT tag
